• Please review the details of your purchase (color, quantity and size).
• There might be a slight color difference between the picture you see on your display and the item you receive. We highly recommend you to request samples to check the actual fabric.

Items in stock

We will check the stock and send you an order confirmation email. The fastest shipping might be our next business day of your purchase. Once the items are ready to ship, we will send you an email to confirm the shipment date.

Custom made items

  After your order, we will send you an order confirmation email detailing your purchase and delivery in 1-2 business days.

  Your ordered curtains will be shipped directly from the sewing factory, then you will receive your order!

We charge you the total amount of the product and the delivery cost (and additional cost if you’ve chosen any option). We will inform you the total amount of your order by email.

We account sales tax(10%) per item. It is unable to pay by C.O.D with a total purchase of over 50,000 yen. Please be aware of it and choose payment method.

・Please select bank payment if you pay your all order amount with points. (an error will occur when credit card is selected)

C.O.D (cash on delivery)

We use SAGAWA EXPRESS or YAMATO TRANSPORT.
We arrange the transport company, according to the parcel size.

*For sending curtain's sample, we use YAMATO postal service. For ordering any sample, it is unable to pay by C.O.D, so please choose other payment methods.

Bank payment and Japan postal saving payment

• Please be informed that you will be charged a transfer fee.
  In case the name of the account is different from the name of the person ordering, please let us know when you place an order for a smooth process.
• We will send you the items once we confirm payment.
• If we cannot confirm your remittance to our bank account within 14 days, your order will be canceled.

We work hard to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but we understand that is not always the case. So when you receive your items, please check if there is anything wrong.
If you receive a defective item or different item than what was ordered, please let us know as soon as possible. (Within 1 week of the item's arrival date)

We are not able to accept ANY exchanges.
If you would like to exchange your item due to the customer’s preference such as mistakes on sizes or colors, please send your items.
We will check your returned item with the return policy below then decide whether we accept your return or not. If your return is accepted, we will cancel your order. Please order again after the cancellation.

Return Policy

We are not able to accept returns of custom made items and other items said tobe non-returnable on the item description page. (except if they are defective ord amaged during delivery process)

We only accept returns in the case the item is unopened or unused. Please contact us within 1 week of delivery date if you would like to return the item you received.
The product MUST be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the attachments that were included when you received it.

We are not able to accept items such as;
with damage on its package or tag, lost tag or package
not the same condition as its delivery
tapes or shipping labels are directly put on the itemor its package

If your item is missing during the delivery process, please let us know. We willsend you a new one immediately with no charges. *Pleasebe noted if the item isout of stock, we will cancel your order and refund.

We are not able to accept ANY modifications or cancellationsafter your order hasbeen shipped.
Orders of custom made items and other non-returnableitems cannot be modifiedor cancelled after our sewing factory started making them.
Please kindly make sure before making your order.
Please receive your items within 1 week after its shipment date.
If the item is returned due to long absence, you willbe charged extra shipping feefor resending the item.

Points (if you have used) will be returned to youraccount within a few days afteryou received cancellation completed email from us.
*However, points with limited terms cannot be returnedwhen the cancellation ismade after its due date.

Please send back the item by C.O.D only if our company should take liability for the return. Customer is responsible for all the return express charge and fees if it’s needed.

Transportation for returning

If the reason for returning the item is due to customer’s preference, the shipping arrangement and the cost for returning the item are the customer’s responsible. If you receive a defective item, please send them by C.O.D.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

• If you paid by credit card, Amazon Pay or Atobarai.com, we will cancel your payment or refund.
• If you paid by C.O.D, bank payment or Japan postal saving payment, we will refund to your bank or postal saving account.
• *We accept to refund to identical person’s bank account. So please make sure the name of the person ordering and the name of the credit card holder is same.
• *C.O.D charge will not be refund.
